It started with melted chocolate, and then Heidi decided to add some freshly milled organic almond meal, chia seeds and vanilla bean for a delicious melt in your mouth new chocolate cake recipe. Then the layers of whipped coconut cream, organic cherry jam and morello cherries fell into place. Layer upon layer upon layer, and finished with our raw chocolate, fresh coconut cream and grated Pana dark chocolate. This is the perfect black forest cake for your next special occasion.
Of course we had to make a miniature version while recipe testing, and our team say it's our best cake yet...
